Last Friday Morning we participated for the first time to the "Beat Diabetes" walk at Oasis Center. This charity walk is the most popular diabetes awareness programme campaigned by Landmark Group.
We came that day right before the walk started, took our shirts, cap and towel then move to the queue for diabetes logo face painting,

There was a mass warm up conducted by Fitness First for all participants before the walkaton begun.

And lastly....here we are...my sister, hubby's cousin and friends...Then to highlight the importance of awareness in fighting diabetes they offered a free glucose testing to all participants.
