HOW TO SHAVE YOUR LEGS

For someone like me who has a hairy legs it's always been a problem if i wanted to wear shorts or skirts. Before when i was still a teenager i don't have this kind of problem because it was not curly yet but then now it became longer and turned to curl especially when i wear pants. So for almost a year now i've learned to shave of apply a cream to remove the hair. Other than of course waxing and applying cream, shaving is the simplest and cheapest thing to do to remove hair.

Here i found some tips on how to do it that will not irritate your skin.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR...

Seems love is in the air...recently my bestfriend found her new love and same as my school mate who lives near my place then here comes my dearest friend also...Hmmmm..

Really when you love someone, it's something you can't explain....and when someone loves you, it's another thing you want to happen...lastly when you love the person who loves you back, it's everything you want to last for a lifetime...

THE KING OF POP DIED AT 50

Prefered to post the original Michael Jackson. Well, being one of his avid fan i was shocked when one of my friend from US told me while we are playing Farm Town that he passed away already in the afternoon.

It's sad news for all those who love him...he's to young to die. I remember how i liked to watch their concerts...the Jackson 5...that's why i prefer to post his old photo coz it's the same Michael Jackson that i love and like.

Wherever he is now...may he rest in peace...

Been partying quite lately and it was great...really really great to be back to night life. I have not gone to any bar for the last two years coz i got myself busy upgrading my computer skills and been with room mates who doesn't like the idea of going out. And here's comes my hubby who doesn't have time to go and have fun at night also.

But then lately...together with flatmates i was back to partying. The last time i went to a disco house was last 2005 and we paid for every glass of drink. But now no more coz we go there for the ladies night which is free drinks.

Ladies night usually falls on the regular days so we need to go home early before 1 or 2 am for tomorrows work. Anyway not bad anymore...2 hours of loud music, 2 bottles of bacardi breezer or smirnoff ice and few minutes of dancing is enough for a night i think.

Thanks to pangit for allowing me to go out sometimes.....

TO LOVE AND BE LOVED

If there is one great thing that can happen to someone...i think that is to love and be loved. Today i am happy to hear from my bestfriend that after a year and a months of being not into a relationship finally again "she is inlove". I can feel that she is blessed to have this guy (CJ). Who will not think that way then...after those 3 signs chuvaness.

To love and to be loved is for human beings a tremendously fulfilling experience. In this exchange we come to know who we are, where we are going, and the part others can play in our lives and we in theirs.

I'll be celebrating my 30th birthday in one week time......will i celebrate it with the same friends who were there from previous years?

Considering the economic crisis i planned not to celebrate it with them this time. Maybe i would just attend the evening mass and go home.

Just the other day i was talking to a friend who was celebrating his birthday, she told me that she was really sad coz she doesn't have any single penny to celebrate her birthday... so what i told her was that "you attend the mass...then after go to mc donalds and buy one ice cream cone for yourself...it cost only 1 dirham...that's enough to celebrate your birthday...hehehe"

DESERT SAFARI ENCOUNTER

Most people say that you haven't really enjoyed the life in Dubai if you haven't gone to Desert Safari.

I haven't really experience the real desert safari but somehow i had an idea how it is. It was May 2006, during the CFC - SFC Middle East Conference which was held at Margham Desert when i had my first desert encounter. I heard that desert safari is a great thing to do if you get a chance, but it’s not something extra ordinary that one shouldn’t miss at any cost.

Usually it's how it works....you got to book for yourself or your group and Desert Safari Dubai can arrange it for you. Feel free to visit their site and get their number and book now!!!

Going back to that safari encounter...actually we've gone there for spiritual purposes and not for just physical fun and enjoyment. It was such a great desert encounter with the Lord. Felt like when we we're praying, our prayer was coming directly to Him and immediately He send us the Holy Spirit to let us feel His undying love for everyone of us who was present that day.

Below are some of the photos i had...the sand dune as the background, the four wheel land cruiser which brought us to the camp site, the quad bike, the camel and my tent. Looks like i had experience it all but that was just merely souvenir photos. I didn't even had the chance to ride the camel or drive the quad bike.

But if there's one thing real in this safari encounter...it was the henna tattoos. It was the first to have this tattoos on my arm.

It was an spiritual gathering so there was no belly dancers with their moves...one thing i've missed. Hopefully next time......

FAN OF MODHESH

Speaking of Summer in Dubai.....Modhesh is one thing you can't miss. Eversince i came to Dubai Modesh has been the mascot of Dubai for DSS shopping festival. This yellow cartoon character is usually seen in every malls entrance and invites people to come and visit and take advantage of the shopping festivities during this season.

I don't know what's so exciting with this cartoon character that makes me love it. I bought a fuschia round pillow 2 years back with Modheshs' face on it...that's when i started to like Modhesh.

I'd be celebrating my birthday this month...wish someone will give me Modhesh as a present.

Modhesh...modhesh...modhesh...modhesh....Anyone of you can guess the gender of Modhesh?

SUMMER SURPRISES IN DUBAI

It's summer time here now in Dubai....and the weather is really hot! Too hot to spend the day under the sun so mostly people goes to the beach at night like what we did a couple of weeks ago.

What's best during Summer in Dubai? Well, here's the Dubai Summer Surprises 2009...the most awaited summer shopping and entertainment events. "Surprising Dubai" is the theme for the hot weather counter part of Dubai Shopping Festival this 2009. Expect for a cool activities and signature events.

Among all signature activities i'd like to see the Photography Exhibition on August 6-13, 2009 at Deira City Center.
